ASUS P5W lupa diupgrade BIOS (8 Agu Inquirer)
Iklan Asus P5W dapat mengunakan Conroe, tetapi versi retail masih mengunakan BIOS lama dan belum di-upgrade. Lusinan keluhan untuk P5W tidak dapat mengunakan Conroe Core karena tetap mengunakan versi BIOS 0401 dan 0501. Sedangkan versi baru BIOS P5W adalah 0601 atau lebih tinggi untuk bekerja dengan Conroe. User yang mengetahui masalah ada yang membeli Celeron yang murah hanya untuk mencoba mengupgrade BIOS. Atau pilihan lain, anda akan di charge $25 untuk chip baru.

yg masuk ke indo kayaknya seri yg terbaru boss..
P5Wnya bos jozzy defaultnya bios 0701..
mungkin udah di update ama asus indo dulu kali ya sebelom dijual

Kelihatannya ga apply untuk yang retail Indo deh..
Saya juga dapet versi 0701 out of the box kok...
dan sekarang run conroe nicely.
why rush upgrading PC ?

P5WDH punya gua juga sudah 0701.
tapi kalo ditancapin conroe ES nddak nyala.
bios 0065 yg bisa jalanin conroe ES.
