Gan kan dah ada tulisannya di spesifikasinya :
Expansion Slots 1. 1 PCI Express x 16 slot (Note 2)
2. 1 PCI Express x 1 slot
3. 2 PCI slots
(Note 2) The GA-M61SME-S2 supports up to PCI Express x8 mode. (please refer to the VGA cards support list)

Jadi kalo kita CF,
vga1 lane x16, trus vga2 lane x8, otomatis keduanya masing2 turun ke x8,
kira2 ngaruh gak di gaming? fps drop? soalnya pengen CF tapi keganjal HSF vga.

kalo yang di CF seri mid misal 57xx kebawah ga terlalu beda kok antara 8x dan 16xSE 200 -> custom IC -> TX SR 605 -> Chord Carnival SilverScreen -> B&W 685
