Temen2, saya punya notebook Toshiba Satellite P20-S551, rusak HDD nya... but krn ini beli di US... ama mungkin dapet garansi Internasional/ Indonesia? Kalo kartu garansi nya masih ada... tapi under Toshiba America....
Ada yg tahu distributor resmi Toshiba di INA?
Pls, Help...........

notebooknya beli di amerika... otomatis ada invoice pembelian.. n kartu garansi nya dari sana dong (jangan sampe ilang ntar repot prosesnya
). waktu beli uda tanya blum itu garansi lokal or internasional?
or u uda register on line blum garansi nya? seperti klo kita beli barang elektronik khan pasti di suruh register...
se tahu gw toshiba servis center resminya aneka-infokom. tapi kayaknya dia juga ada cabang di surabaya... or di Shop Toshiba daerah tertentu. coba cari aja yg deket dari situ yg mana...
anyway gw sih cuma kasih saran aja...

biasanya..TOSHIBA pake garansi internasional...di SBY ada cuma aku lupa...
asal masa berlaku nya masih...tinggal lapor ke servicenya aja...
