bro,
gw 8 bulan yg lalu ada beli mobo DFI tipe LP UT P35 T2R, di gudang komputer (dusit lt.3)..
jumat kemaren kebetulan mobo saya rusak, trus saya claim ke gudang komputer.., dia bilang nanti dihubungin kembali...
pas say bincang2 dengan penjual katanya minimal 1 minggu (maximal nga tau...)
trus saya tanya ke teknisi toko tersebut dia bilang minimal 3 hari maximal 1 minggu..
trus saya tanya servis nya di mana.. dia bilang di tiga dimensi com..
pertanyaan saya..
1. mungkin kah mobo saya palsu ?
2. lamanya service yg mana yg benar?
3. apakan sekarang tiga dimensi masih menjadi supplier DFI ?, dan masih melayani service garansi ?
tolong dibantu yah buat yg ngerti.. thx
