Baru dapet kabar kemaren dari DFI CORP TAIWAN kemaren..... sebentar lagi DFI ikut menyemarakan dan segera merealise motherboard terbaru dengan Chipset Intel P55
- 6+2 phase CPU power circuit,
- Four DDR3 DIMM slots for dual-channel DDR3 memory
- P55 chipset used without any additional PCI-Express bridge chip
- Three PCI-E x16 slots, most likely two of them are routed to the CPU, arrange as x8, x8 with both populated, while the third is routed to the P55 chipset's 8-lane PCI-E hub
- Six SATA II ports from the PCH, two from an onboard controller, the same controller also provides an IDE connector

Setahu gw sih P55 ini buat procie Intel i5, jadi udah beda socket lagi dgn i7.
Mobonya udah mulai bermunculan, tp sampe skrg, kabar ttg processornya kog masih simpang siur ya...?

udah mau keluar lagi neh chipset terbaru intel, mudah2an harganya juga menarik
itu warna slot memory dan pcie masih orange & kuning ala DFI Dark, tapi slot satanya perpaduan antara kuning dan ijo ala DFI UT

P55 udah beda socket, pake socket LGA1160
jadi gak bisa di tancepin i7 900 series....ini buat user mainstreamnya, intel bakal memisahkan segment2 kayaknya, X58 kagak bisa pake i3/i5 hahahaha bahkan sebaliknya P55 gak isa pake i7 975 hehehehe
diperkirakan mulai menyerbu pasaran awal Q4 2008 keknya
bagi yg ingin tahu preview LGA 1160 nih ada sedikit news
