Chipset X58 hingga saat ini masih menjadi andalan intel untuk kelas high-end desktop chipset. Jajaran mainboard berchipset X58 ini sudah menjamur dari berbagai produsen mainboard.
EVGA sendiri memiliki beberapa seri mainboard yang menggunakan chip intel X58. Salah satunya yang akan kita bedah kinerjanya kali ini.
EVGA X58 SLI LE ini sepertinya dikhususkan untuk kelas menengah dimana bisa terlihat dari kemasan, bundling dan harga yang tidak semewah Classified series.

Testing Configurations & Overclocking :

Test dilakukan dalam dua kondisi, yaitu default clock/stock speed (Turbo ON) & dalam kondisi di-overclock. Adapun kecepatan CPU yang dipatok pada test ini adalah di 4,2GHz (200x21 - Turbo Enabled), memory running 2000MHz (8-9-8-20 CR1).
tips : Kendala dalam proses Overclocking yang ditemui adalah overheat pada pwm area. untuk berjalan stabil pada clock 4,2GHz (200x21), saya menambahkan fan 6cm pada pwm heatsink

Conclusion

Pros :
- Performa sangat baik!
- High Overclockability
- Support 3x SLI (3x SLI Bridge disertakan dalam paket penjualan)


Cons :
- Suhu PWM Area tinggi, untuk overclocking ada baiknya diberi fan tambahan di heatsink pwm.

Mobo X58 yg cukup "affordable" di kelasnya...layak buat pertimbangan
Baru nyadar kalau posisi Procie power connector ternyata ada disitu...agak mengganggu estetika layout mobo sih...tapi bikin mudah nyopot connectornya....

hehehe.. halo kang! untung sampeyan ora mbahas werno seprei ndek gambar kui (asli merusak estetika kui, wong dhurung diumbah rong minggu)

iya, posisi konektor atx 8-pin agak ketengah, ngeloncatin hsf pwm. buat yang pake casing full tower & psu "berkabel pendek", masih bisa kejangkau konektornya. Cuma kalo dilewatin dari belakang mainboard tray, siap2 kabel perpanjangan 8-pin atx
