Update BIOS pilih yg mana?

Tanya lagi biar pinter..
Klo mau update BIOS sebaiknya pilih sesuai changelog yg diperlukan ato langsung update BIOS yg terbaru?
Misal dari link ini:

Dari list disitu terlihat changelog dari tiap BIOS beda2, nah apa BIOS yg terbaru sudah mencakup perubahan yg sebelum2nya ato tidak?

Karena sy liat banyak orang yg tidak update BIOS nya jg (udh cocok dengan BIOS yg dipakenya walaupun ada update terbarunya).

hmm.. yg jd pertimbangan sy lihat changes di bios versi dibawahnya lebih banyak (ada yg sy perlukan update-nya)..
