Seharusnya bisa, tapi tergantung pada software SCnya.
kl punya gw kek gini (SC onboardnya foxconn) bisa output 2 , gw pake Optical(buat Movie,game) ama analog (music) dan bisa berfungsi bersamaan alias mengeluarkan suara berbeda dalam waktu bersamaan (player 1 WMP, player 2 winamp).
