Bro ikki, aku mo tanya, aku kan mau beli PSP Lite ni rencananya. Kasi saran biar gak ditipu penjualnya dong. Kayak isinya apa aja di dus, firmware nya yang bagus apa, harganya sekarang berapa ( maunya si beli di Bandung). Yah, saran2 apa aja lah kayak ngecek barangnya yang di cek apa aja. OK bro? sbener nya FW nya boleh yg 3.52 m33-4 or 3.71 juga its ok kok, ga msalah

cm perbedaan nya di 3.52 m33 lbh stbil & da compatible bgt untuk program2 homebrew ..
tetapi untuk 3.71 sendiri jg trus dikembangin oleh dark alex shg FW itu jga sudah compatible bgt. kelebihan 3.71 ini bro bisa customize themes, maen multi disc psx, & byk program2 homebrew lain nya bisa diinstall & digunakan seprti emulator, psp personalize, yg laen2 nya. recomend CFW 3.71 aja ...

kalau mo yg laen2 kena tambahan biaya sperti earphone, case & memory
tp bila ngambil nya berikut memory akan diisikan game nya full ke memory.

untuk memory disarankan beli yg ori, bisa menggunakan sandisk or dari sony nya sendiri yaitu pro stick duo. untuk mengetahui ori or tidak, mengecek nya lebih pasti via PSP nya itu sendiri. liat di system setting - information : kalo unknown berarti aspal.
krn kalo ori PSP nya akan memberikan informasi nama merek memory nya alias ke detect.

This guide is going to give you informations about almost every thing you need about emulators for PSP.
NOTE: This guide will be best viewd in a theme with dark color because it has some light colors.

EMULATORS GENERAL INFO

1. What are Emulators?
Emulators are programs written by some programmers which makes a virtual clone of a specific gaming console to make it playable on the PC or any other console, though not all consoles has emulators and not all of them can play all emulators. Emulators need ROMS to play with, and some need BIOS for emulators to work.
e.g. PSX emulator on PC, Genesis emulator on PSP, MasterSystem emulator on PSX, etc.....

2. What are ROMS?
Roms are a clone of games for specific consoles. ROMS are used with emulators to play certain games. Each console has specific file extension but sometimes one file extension can be for several ROM types.
e.g. NES ROMS has the extension (.nes), Genesis ROMS has the extension (.smd), PSX ROMS as well as PS2 ROMS has ISO or BIN extension, etc...

3. What is BIOS?
BIOS(In Emulators) is a clone of the interface of console which contain the booting screen and other things like "Memory card manager"(In PS1 and "PS2).

4. Are emulators, ROMS and BIOS Legal?
Emulators are completely legal but ROMS and BIOS most of them are illegal to upload and give links in forums.

EMULATORS FOR PSP
The PSP has many emulators that work almost perfectly(some don't), though they work as homebrews, that means they will not work on any Firmware only will work on firmware that can load homebrews they are:
1.00, 1.50, and custom firmwares like 2.71 SE and 3.xx OE, and also some emulators run in official sony firmware(2.00->3.50) by using of an eLoader or HEN. But the instructions in this guide are for 1.50 & 3.XX OE/M33 firmwares.

~~Easy Installers~~
If you want to save yourself some time, and you want to use any emulator available in this tutorial, then you can download an easy installer which will install all the files in its correct place, BIOS files are required to be downloaded separately and placed in the same folder as the installer and it'll copy them automatically. PC porgrams like the cheat creator and ROM converter, are not included.

A new installer is available which is much better then the previous(old) ones. Features:-
1. Ability to choose the firmware version(1.50 or 3.XX OE/M33, instead of giving separate installer for each.
2. Ability to choose the emulators you want to install, instead of installing all the emulators even if you don't need them.
3. BIOS files are not included, but placing them in the same directory as the installer file will copy them automatically to the correct place. I did this so i could post the installer in other places where BIOS files are not allowed.
You can download the BIOS files here, and just put them in the same folder as the installer, and the installer will do the job for you

EMULATOR GUIDE

1.) Introduction
There are many Emulators out there for PSP, and they are being updated extremely fast. Here is a little summary of many of the popular ones. Click on any of the Emulator names to go download the files for that Emulator.

2.) GameBoy/GameBoy Color
RIN: This is a GameBoy/GameBoy Color Emulator for PSP by Mr. Mirakichi.
Folder: PSP/GAME/*ANY*
ROM File Extension: .GB, .GBC
Zip Support: YES
Menu Button: L Trigger
Additional Information: Putting ROMs in subfolder ROMS works well
*Note:* RIN is now on v1.32 (thanks to ndsbuyer)

3.) GBA
VBA: This is a GameBoy Advance Emulator for PSP.

Additional Information: ROMs must be named "ROM.GBA" to work, has a seperate ROM selector which can be found in our files section.

4.) MAME
M.A.M.E.: This is a MAME Emulator for PSP by TMK.

Additional Information: Zipped ROMs go in "ROMS" subfolder, not KXploit friendly. For more info see this thread.

waaaa... lengkap kali bro ikki ini... top bgt lah dikau bro...

@exodus: untuk psp slim itu dah pasti pake 3.71 minimal sekarang... kalo ada yang lebih kurang dari itu, mungkin produk lama bro...cek toko lain aja. kalo mau cek coba ke Settings->System settings->System Information nah disini akan ada info firmware apa yang dipake (pastikan 3.71 m33 untuk kompatibilitas game di indonesia... you what i mean lah )

oh ya nambahin kalo mau beli memory stick asli itu, cek di (bisa di video, music or game) pas gambar memory stick pencet /_\ dan click information, lalu akan ada ukuran (dalam MB) dan juga Magicgate status.
kalo supported berarti asli. kalo harga MSD udah 500an rb (utk 4GB) dan dicek disitu tadi not supported maka pasti aspal. saran gue beli sandisk aja. yang 4GB cuma 650an rb kalo ga salah, beda dikit ma sony aspal..

ada yang lupa, pelototin layar lcdnya cari dead pixel... kalo layar dah ngaco... bukan psp lagi namanya...

pas beli minta msd nya dipenuhin ma game, minta screen guard (gue gratis), jadi total pembelian gue cuma 2.3juta waktu itu dengan msd sony aspal... sekarang lagi nabung buat sandisk 8GB...
