Cukup bawa processornya saja pak, yang tentunya masih kelihatan jelas serial numbernya. Tidak usah membawa kotak/kardus segala. Heatsink juga bukan keharusan.

Satu lagi...
Kalo misalnya tipe yang rusak sudah EOL/out of stock maka opsi yang mungkin ditawarkan distributor saat RMA apa saja tuh pak? Refund, tukar-tambah?

Biasanya sih ditawarkan tukar tambah atau upgrade ke tipe yang lebih tinggi, tergantung negosiasinya dengan pihak distributor.

Oya bro mo nanya lagi, klo misalkan prosesor yg kita punya abis setelah 1 tahun rusak,sedangkan pihak toko dah g mau bantu klaim yg katanya garansi cuma 1 tahun, apa bisa langsung klaim ke distronya bro??

Bisa bro...asalkan itu barang resmi (bukan PI) dan tahu persis distronya yang mana. Jangan asal maen tembak loo... Distro juga bisa cek apakah betul itu barang dia, tentunya dari serial number.

2 poin yang paling wa suka kalo pas klaim garansi dari dulu ga pernah ragu koq milih AMD semejak socket A..inget pas klaim barton 2500 tray..garansi baru lewat 2 minggu..kirain dah abis ternyata malah di tawarin upgrade ke sempron 2600+ cm nambah 100 ribu..unforgetable moment nih 4 jempol buat AMD representative dan distributor nya GRP sent untuk bro little candle atas tanggapan yang cepat

Ada yg ngomong klo di OC trus jebol ga bisa garansi..

Hmm..yang menyebabkan tidak bisa claim, misalnya:
1. Kaki pin patah.
2. Rusak karena di-OC atau kerusakan lain yang disebabkan kelalaian pengguna.
3. Masa garansi telah habis.
4. Ditolak distributor karena barang bukan berasal dari mereka alias dari distributor yang lain.

Selengkapnya bisa dibaca di-box atau di Certificate of Authenticity.

Kalau masalah listrik... napa gak pakai stabilizer atau UPS? Apakah ini termasuk kelalaian? Well, distributor yang menentukan deh.. jadi..tergantung negosiasi dengan distributor.. Hehehe
