I dreamed I had an INTERVIEW WITH GOD

"So you would like to interview me?" GOD asked.

"If you have the time," I said.

GOD smiled.

"My time is eternity...
...what questions do you have in mind for me?"

"What suprises you most about humandkind?"

GOD answered...

"That they get bored with childhood, they rush to grow up...
and then long to be children again."

"That they lose their health to make money...
and then lose their money to restore their health."

"That by thinking anxiously about future, they forget the present...
such that they live in neither the present nor the future."

"That they live as if they will never die...
and die as though they had never lived."

GOD's hand took mine, and we were silent for awhile.

And then I asked,

"As a parent, what are some of life's lessons you want your children to learn?"

"To learn they cannot make anyone love them...
All they can do is let themselves be loved."

"To learn that it is not good to compare themselves to others."

"To learn to forgive by practicing forgiveness."

"To learn that it only takes a few seconds to open profound wounds in those they love...
and it can take many years to heal them."

"To learn that a rich person is not one who has the most...
but is one who needs the least."

"To learn that there are people who love them dearly...
but simply do not yet know how to express or show their feelings."

"To learn that two people can look at the same thing...
and see it differently."

"To learn that it is not enough that they forgive one another...
but they also must forgive themselves."

"Thank you for your time," I said humbly.

"Is there anything else you'd like your children to know?"

GOD smiled and said...

"Just know that I am here."

"Always."

Batas antara Siang dan malam




The photograph attached was taken by the crew on board the Columbia during its last mission, on a cloudless day.
The picture is of Europe and Africa when the sun is setting.
Half of the picture is in night. The bright dots you see are the cities' lights.

The top part of Africa is the Sahara Desert .

Note that the lights are already on in Holland , Paris , and Barcelona, and that's it's still daylight in Dublin , London , Lisbon , and Madrid .

The sun is still shining on the Strait of Gibraltar . The Mediterranean Sea is already in darkness.

In the middle of the Atlantic Ocean you can see the Azores Islands; below them to the right are the Madeira Islands ; a bit below are the Canary Islands; and further South, close to the farthest western point of Africa , are the Cape Verde Islands.

Note that the Sahara is huge and can be seen clearly both during day time and night time.

To the left, on top, is Greenland , totally frozen.

Its a true picture of a 5MB hard disk from 1956. It was launched by IBM and it is the 305 RAMAC...it weighed over a ton..technology has changed alot, now you can put a 8Gb flash drive in your pocket....



bayangkan klo harddisk 80 gb segede apaan tuh hehehe.....

setelah merenung bgmn kehidupan kita jauh lebih baik dari picts di halaman depan....ngeliat pict ini kok rasanya agak hambar yah...padahal kalo suasana nya beda pasti bikin perut mules....btw tq 2 TS dah...salut bwt rasa kemanusiaan yg tinggi...
