    [Pengumuman] Syarat & Ketentuan Warranty FSP PSU -- Updated 01/02/2012



    When does the warranty period start?
    The start of the warranty period is the documented date of the customer's purchase of the product from FSP's authorized reseller. In the absence of a documented purchase date, the start of the warranty period will be the date FSP originally shipped the product from its point of manufacture to FSP's customer.
    • FSP Power Supply Limited Warranty from date of purchase
    • FSP Adaptors 12 (twelve) months from date of purchase
    What is NOT covered by your warranty
    The FSP warranty covers manufacturing defects only. The liability of FSP (or its appointed maintenance agent) is limited to the cost of repair and/ or replacement of the product under warranty. The warranty is invalidated if:
    • For repair to any unit where the serial number has been removed, torn or defaced
    • The defect is caused (howsoever) by misuse, neglect, and tampering or incorrect adjustment.
    • If unauthorized persons carry out any alterations or repairs
    • For repair due to incorrect installation
    • Damage or defects caused by use, operation or treatment of the product inconsistent with normal personal or domestic use
    • virus infections or use of the product with software not provided with the product or incorrectly installed software
    • accidents, fire, liquids, chemicals, other substances, flooding, vibrations, excessive heat, improper ventilation, power surges, excess or incorrect supply or input voltage, radiation, electrostatic discharges including lighting, other external forces and impacts
    • This guarantee covers only hardware components of the product. It does not cover software (whether of FSP or others) for which an end-user license agreement or separate warranty/guarantee statements or exclusions are provided or intended to apply
    • Where any ancillary equipment not furnished or recommended by FSP causes problems or damage that is attached to or used in connection with the product.
    • This Guarantee does not cover transport costs and risks associated with transport of your product to FSP / Gamer’s Garage.
    • Products that are determined to be stolen
    Products purchased from abroad
    Gamer’s Garage as FSP’s Authorized Distributor for Indonesia, support a product purchased in the Indonesia only if it has a serial number originated from Indonesia and carry a legal G2 warranty label. If a product is purchased in another part of the globe, Gamer’s Garage will NOT attempt a repair/ replacement

    MANUFACTURER'S & DISTRIBUTOR’S LIMITED WARRANTYNOTE! This Limited Warranty does not affect your legal (statutory) rights under your applicable national laws relating to the sale of consumer products.
    Gamer’s Garage warrants to you that during the warranty period Gamer’s Garage will in a commercially reasonable time remedy defects in materials, design and workmanship free of charge by repairing or, should Gamer’s Garage in its discretion deem it necessary, replacing the Product in accordance with this Limited Lifetime Warranty (unless otherwise required by law). This Limited Lifetime Warranty is only valid and enforceable in Indonesia where you have purchased the Product provided that FSP has intended the Product for sale in Indonesia.
    Please note that Gamer’s Garage reserves the right to update from time to time the warranty terms provided for new purchases of FSP products, and to establish the effective date of those updated warranty terms. Please refer to www.FSPlifestyle.com for the then current form of Limited Warranty Statement for FSP brand products.
    The Products are manufactured from parts and components that are new or equivalent to new in accordance with industry standards. If you discover a defect in material or workmanship during the Warranty Period, and FSP/Gamer’s Garage agrees that the defect exists, FSP will, at its option, repair or replace the Product at no charge to you, provided it is returned during the applicable Warranty Period, with transportation charges to Gamer’s Garage prepaid, to the facility designated by FSP. The Product must be properly packaged in FSP or FSP-approved packaging, with the Return Material Authorization clearly displayed on the outside of the packaging, to obtain warranty service. Any returns without a valid Return Material Authorization number will not be accepted and will refuse to accept the delivery. Products that fail within the first 1 (one) year after purchase will be replaced with a new FSP Product. Gamer’s Garage may require proper proof of purchase documentation prior to issuing the replacement Product.
    If Gamer’s Garage elects to repair a Product, Gamer’s Garage owns all authorized parts removed from the repaired Product. Gamer’s Garage uses new and reconditioned parts made by various manufacturers in conjunction with warranty repairs and replacement Products. Repair parts or replacement Products may with FSP’s standard, at FSP’s option, include an equal or better model or features.
    Under circumstances where there is No Fault Found in the returned Product, FSP will provide a detailed report outlining the test outcome of its testing. You will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee plus the cost of postage to deliver the Product back to you. A member of the Service Center will call you to take full payment prior to returning the Product.
    FSP has no responsibility whatsoever with regard to any content or data on returned Products.
    To request warranty service and before returning a Product to FSP, please contact the Gamer’s Garage Service Center for obtaining customer assistance within your jurisdiction and the proper address for shipping authorized returns. Once the Gamer’s Garage Service Center determines that a repair is required, Gamer’s Garage will issue an Return Material Authorization number with 48 working hours. The Return Material Authorization issued will be valid for 30 days. Failure to return the faulty Product back to FSP within the 30days time frame, a new Return Material Authorization will need to be applied. A copy of your receipt or bill of sale bearing the name and location of FSP’s authorized reseller and the FSP serial number and model number of the Product in which the defect has been reported may be required as a proof of your purchase for warranty service.
    You are responsible for saving or backing up data contained in any Product returned to FSP in conjunction with warranty or any other services. FSP shall have no responsibility for such data whatsoever and shall have no liability arising out of any damage to, or loss or disclosure of, such data. Certain Products include software or firmware as a component (“Software”). FSP or its suppliers retain all rights of ownership in such Software and any use of the Software is subject to the license agreement provided by FSP accompanying such Software. If no license is provided by FSP, you are granted the limited right to use the Software as required for the operation of the Product and no other rights are granted whatsoever.
    FSP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, UNFORSEEABLE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES HOWEVER CAUSED AND WHETHER OR NOT WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS, LOSS OF DATA OR PROGRAMS, LOST PROFITS, DOWNTIME, GOODWILL, DAMAGE OR REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, AND ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, PROGRAMMING OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED IN OR USED WITH FSP PRODUCTS ORht ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE PURCHASE, USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT. FSP is not, and cannot be, responsible for any losses or damages arising out of any loss of, or any inability to access, data as a result from the failure of a Product, and accordingly you bear this risk. The allocation of risk under this limitation of liability is reflected in the purchase price of the Product. This limitation of liability, however, will not apply to claims for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of FSP or its associated companies, officers, representatives or agents.
    Please note that you are expressly not permitted to use the Products in conjunction with the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation, aircraft communication, aircraft flight control, aircraft air traffic control systems, weapons devices or systems, or in any devices or systems in which a malfunction (including, without limitation, software related delay or failure) would result in foreseeable risk of injury or death to the operator of the device or system, or to others.

    Klasifikasi warranty (updated per 01/02/2012) sesuai anjuran FSP Taiwan berdasarkan model:

    FSP Supersonic -- warranty 2 (dua) tahun - one-to-one replacement akan diberikan selama 6 (enam) bulan
    FSP Hexa -- warranty 2 (dua) tahun - one-to-one replacement akan diberikan selama 2 (dua) tahun
    FSP Aurum Gold series -- warranty 5 (lima) tahun - one-to-one replacement akan diberikan selama 5 (lima) tahun

    KETENTUAN UMUM GARANSI

    1. FSP menjamin bahwa produk bebas dari cacat material dan sesuai dengan spesifikasi dari product.
    2. Garansi ini berlaku sesuai dengan jangka waktu dan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan oleh FSP.
    4. Garansi diberikan untuk produk yang dijual oleh Gamer's Garage dan berlaku di wilayah Indonesia.
    5. Apabila dalam masa garansi produk mengalami kerusakan, pembeli tidak akan dikenakan biaya sesuai dengan ketentuan dari Gamer's Garage, yakni:

    a. FSP Supersonic -- warranty 2 (dua) tahun - one-to-one replacement akan diberikan selama 6 (enam) bulan
    b. FSP Hexa -- warranty 2 (dua) tahun - one-to-one replacement akan diberikan selama 2 (dua) tahun
    c. FSP Aurum Gold series -- warranty 5 (lima) tahun - one-to-one replacement akan diberikan selama 5 (lima) tahun

    6. Tanggung jawab klaim garansi dilakukan oleh Gamer's Garage dan dalam jangka yang tidak ditentukan.
    7. Status garansi ditentukan oleh Gamer's Garage, melalui kartu garansi dan/atau bukti pembelian.

    Garansi tidak berlaku apabila :

    1. Tidak bisa menunjukkan bukti pembelian resmi.
    2. Nomor seri, model produk telah dihapus atau diubah atau terdapat coretan atau hapusan.
    3. Kerusakan yang disebabkan oleh penggunaan yang salah atau penggunaan yang tidak sesuai dengan buku petunjuk.
    4. Kerusakan karena kelalaian (jatuh, terkena makanan/minuman/cairan atau salah dalam penggunaan tegangan arus listrik dll.)
    5. Kerusakan atau hilang yang disebabkan bencana alam (tersambar petir, kebakaran, banjir) atau akibat huru hara.
    6. Tergores, karatan, ternoda, atau kerusakan luar, yang disebabkan penggunaan sehari hari.
    7. Suku cadang diganti dengan suka cadang yang tidak asli atau diluar yang ditentukan oleh FSP serta dibuka dan diperbaiki oleh teknisi diluar teknisi FSP.
    8. Komponen yang rusak adalah selain ketentuan, misalnya: semua Aksesories, kabel power, dll.
    9. Garansi yang telah habis masa berlakunya.

    Gamer's Garage dengan ini tidak mengakui adanya garansi/jaminan lain selain yang telah tertera diatas, baik secara lisan maupun tulisan, termasuk tapi tidak terbatas garansi/jaminan dari pihak lain untuk kepentingan lain yang tidak sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku.

    selama kerusakan akibat pemakaian normal & tanpa ada cacat fisik akibat kesalahan pemakai seperti yg disebutkan di syarat & ketentuan di atas, one-to-one replacement yg diberikan adalah penggantian unit yg 100% baru, termasuk casing luarnya, jadi BUKAN cuma dalemannya/jeroan nya

    karena kalau cuma one-to-one replacement ganti baru tapi cuma jeroannya aja, apa benar user bakal tau kalau itu beneran jeroan baru

    - sisanya akan tetap di-cover selama produk line up tsb masih diproduksi, sehingga jelas spare part juga masih tersedia oleh pihak produsen, dlm hal ini FSP

    Beberapa produk yg sudah EOL (End Of Life) dan tidak dapat diperpanjang warranty nya adalah sbb:
    1. FSP Saga 400 (Classic) - AX450-PN
    2. FSP Epsilon series
    3. FSP Epsilon 80+ series
    4. FSP Epsilon 85+ series
    5. FSP Epsilon 88+ series
    6. FSP Saga II series
    7. FSP Blue Storm II series

    - dalam hal apabila dibutuhkan waktu tunggu pd saat produk di-RMA, akan kami usahakan dengan memberikan unit pengganti sementara sesuai dengan stok yg tersedia.
