    Nikon Coolpix 4600
Digital Camera, 4.0 Megapixel, 3x optical / 4x Digital Zoom

    Item Includes
    Coolpix 4600 Camera - Strap - USB cable - Video cable - Two LR6 (AA-size alkaline) - PictureProject CD-ROM

    Description
The 4-megapixel Coolpix 4600 was designed by Nikon to help improve the pictures you take while they're still in the camera, like Nikon's new D-Lighting feature, which can compensate for insufficient flash or excessive backlighting; In-Camera Red Eye Fix technology, and Blur Warning, which lets you know when camera shake or hand shake may spoil a shot. The Coolpix 4600 also sports a freshly redesigned user interface that makes it easier for beginners to find what they need. with a 1.8-inch LCD screens the Coolpix 4600 consumes less power, and it uses AA alkaline batteries.

The Nikon 4600 is ultra compact & packed with improved easy to use functionality. The 4600 is an entry-level model. Even though this is an ultra compact size camera, the camera lies comfortably in your hand. The pleasant camera feeling is immediately present & by pressing the button once you get the Nikon Coolpix 4600 all ready to shoot. The Nikon Coolpix 4600 is designed to take all of the beginners initial hesitation away.

The Help-function explains every menu function shortly & easily. The menu is brightly rendered on the larger 1.8-inch sized monitor, a step up from 1.5-inch LCD monitors. A larger monitor makes framing of images a much easier and is obviously more pleasant for reviewing photos.

The camera's menu is greatly improved, enabling the user to select or change functions through a text or an icon rendered on the LCD monitor. Plus it's good to see a Dutch menu additionaly to the default language settings.

Another very important detail of the Nikon Coolpix 4600 is the low consumption feature. The camera uses AA batteries, easily & readily obtainable. The Nikon 4600 is has ah 4 effective Megapixel resolution which enables the camera to capture photo-realistic looking results as expected from a Coolpix camera.

The camera is equipped with a 3x optical Zoom-Nikkor lens as well as a 4x digital zoom allowing you total freedom to be creative versatile with your photography, from shooting landscapes to portraits as well as Macro photography, with typically excellant Nikon quality, it shoots as close as 4cm from the subject.

A fast and user-friendly operation where the user hardly has to adjust anything, singles out the Nikon Coolpix 4600 from other digital cameras. One feature is the D-Lighting function which can be activated for example in play back mode, to automatically improve a photo when too much backlighting or not enough flash light is the case, to get a correct exposure. Also more attention is paid to the internal software of the camera.

Nikon's advanced red-eye reduction is one typical example, it recognizes the red-eye in most situations & automatically corrects this problem. There is also a failure warning when an unclear picture is taken. Preset scenes are easy to use simply select a scene that fits the subject best, like Sunset or Portrait, & have the camera selecting the optimum settings itself.

    Re: Info Nikon 7600

kalo mao motret trus dibuat poster bagusan yang pixelnya gede.
tapi kalo mao motret yang ukuran standar, 4 mega udah cukup. yang penting kualitas lensa ama sensornya. kata cowoku loh

    Ternyata kamu cewe ya?

kalo gue vote Nikon Coolpix 4800
    alasannya antara lain:

    - 8.3x optical Zoom
    - Macro: Close-up shooting from less than 1/2 inch away.

Talking Re: nikon 7600 VS 4800

baru dapet info dari guru2 gw... hehehe (via chatting) :
    1. 4800, hanya bagus utk yg "ngak buru2".... soalnya meski optical besar, ternyata respon Auto-focus nya sangat2 lah lambatttt......
Jadi, kalo mo bagus.... harus manual....
ISO (asa)... bisa diatur.... salah atur... dapet high noise pic...
kesimpulan : jadi camera ini ngak cocok buat gw yg baru belajar.... or suka suka motret cewek2 manis yg lewat...... Focus dapet... cw dah keburu pergi ...LOL!!!!

    2. 4600, murah dah sangat cocok utk pemula, atau orang yg ngak mikir2 banyak ... jepret ...!!! dapet deh... gambarnya.....
Udah ada fasilitas D-lighting..... (bagus banget utk nightshoot!!!!)
Sayang, Red-eye reduced nya paling jelek..... movie nya jelek, cuman 15fps. no sound (5600 yg ada suara... tapi quality = jeleknya)

    3. 7600, belum ada satu guru pun yg pake...

    4. malah dikasih rekomendasi utk user pas-pasan kayak gw.... yg 5900 or 7900..... dah ada D-lighting, respon AF cepet.., movienya dah DV quality at 30 fps..... malah yg 7900 dah pake stabiliser goncangan.... cuma munyuknya (setelah tanya ke yg jual di INA).... charger dijual terpisah... mahal lagi...(ASEMMM!!! padahal di US included... korupsi lo pada yah??? )

Lah, jadi gw sendiri yg kasih info malah... hehehe... ngak apa... bagi2 info sesama pemula....
Yang dah pro.... cukup senyum2 aja ya pak... jangan di hina2...... hihihii... LOL!
