Saya butuh informasi perbandingan antara Laptop berbasis Intel dengan AMD. Dari performa secara keseluruhan bagus mana sih Laptop yg mengusung Intel ato AMD? trus murah yg mana?

Sama aja... murah AMD dikit.. performance, sama. Intel lebih irit batere dikit, AMD ada 64 bit. Itu aja..
Tapi jauhi Yonah. Mendingan dothan dah... multitasking Yonah dibawah Dothan.

Tergantung. Klo misal u mk boet design, mao sambil ngeprint dll... Yah, seperti yg dibilang, jauhi yonah utk multi tasking. But selama cuman 1 aplikasi, yonah emang kenceng (kata org2 lho, gua lom buktiin sendiri). Dan sejauh ini sih nampaknya soal hemat batt kayaknya masi bagusan intel...

Sepengetahuan gue seh bagus SONOMA, karena sonoma platform terbaru setelah dothan.Sonoma lebih irit batere, lebih dingin juga...
Kalo buat gue pribadi seh, gue pilih AMD apalage yang dual core-nya...pasti lebih mantep dari dual core-nya centrino...

bukannya turion belum ada yang dual core?
tapi emang aku lebih tertarik notebook yang pake turion64, harganya lebi murah sesuai dengan kantong dan performanya tidak mengecewakan tapi pengalamanku baterenya agak boros, compaq m2245 aku hanya bertahan 2 jeman lewat, ngak ampe 2,5 jam

turion belum ada dual core...
untuk speed, Centrino Duo lebih kenceng.. gila.. kenceng banget itu mah centrino Duo.. tapi multitasking..... ampooonnn... yah, gini aja de.. sebelum beli, coba aja test simple.. jalanin program berat, biarin kerja sampe berat banget, terus... ngga usah repot repot.. geser aja windownya. Single core pun ngga sampe separah itu.
Tapi memang kemampuan single taskingnya itu yang bikin ngiler.. so, tinggal tergantung elo.. if you can live with that, go on.. tapi kalo engga, ambil Dothan.
