Loh bang...kan dari Photoshop nya sendiri juga udah ada noise reductionnya?
Dari Menu Filter > Noise > ada beberapa, biasanya gua pakai Despecle atau Dust and Scracthes, atau bisa juga Reduce Noise

Oh ya, bang Japra. Gua mau nambahin sedikit.
Kalau noise seperti gambar elu itu, biasanya disebut "Moire".
Moire terjadi umumnya akibat gambar yg discan adalah gambar cetakan yg mana terkonstruksi dari susunan raster cetak.

Noise Reductionnya Photoshop kurang ampuh tampaknya. Sudah saya coba, alhasil gambarnya agak rusak dan gak ketolong walau di unsharpen mask. Gua udah pake Imagesnomic Noiseware Professional. Sangat membantu
Masalah Moire, itu masalah butiran2 raster dari mesin filem yang agak kurang tajam (raster <130) yang kemudian di scan yha? Gak mungkin, koq... Soalnya itu foto langsung dari kamera digital gua... SONY DSCF828, di ISO 400.
Kalo Moire itu kurang lebih seperti ini, kan?!
itu di scan dari buku cetakan lama. Maap kalo yang di perbesar itu gambar orang ganteng dimasa SMA dulu...
