    hipertriding itu teknologi yang diusung prosesor Intel P4, yang membuat seolah-olah komputer mempunyai 2 CPU, jadi misalnya komputer menjalankan 2 buah aplikasi sekaligus kinerja dibagi dua, masing-masing diolah oleh 1 CPU jadi prosesnya bisa lebih cepat gitu........yeah istilah kerennya multitasking gitu....

    intel punya hyperthreading... dibales amd dengan teknologi hypertransportnya... walaupun prinsipnya beda, tapi dua-duanya bagus lah...

    tapi sebentar lagi, saat dah masuk era dual core, hyperthreading sepertinya akan tergantikan karena dual core pun prinsipnya untuk multitasking.... cmiiw

    Ehm... kurang tepat sih...
    HyperThreading dari Intel dibalas AMD dengan dual core. Tapi karena Intel tahu kalo HyperThreading nggak mungkin bisa menang dari dual-core beneran dari AMD, jadi Intel mau nggak mau harus ikut dual core.
    HyperTransport itu bukan untuk membalas Intel, tapi untuk mempersiapkan jalur buat multiprocessing di CPU-nya, sekaligus untuk mendukung dual-core-nya.

    K7 juga ada yang namanya Hyper Transport, tapi klo K7 Hyper Transport-nya di chipset (Nforce).

    kalau ada yang punya P4 iseng2 aja buka task manager (ctrl+alt +del) kelihatan deh ada cpu1 dan cpu 2

    baca di mana kalau dual corenya Intel bakal tetep make Hypertherading juga..jadinya 2x2 = 4 cpu

    bagaimana dengan cell processor (toshiba,sony dan IBM ) yang 9 core


    hayo siapa yang menang...

    (sory kalau agak ngaco lagi ngantuk)
