Gak bisa buka situs https di browser

Sejak dua hari yang lalu gw mengalami keanehan pada PC gw, ketika buka halaman yang https selalu gak bisa dibuka.

Udah gw coba pake mozilla, safari, opera en IE hasilnya sama..

Pesan yg muncul :

Unable to complete secure transaction

You tried to access the address https://login.facebook.com/login.php?login_attempt=1, which is currently unavailable. Please make sure that the Web address (URL) is correctly spelled and punctuated, then try reloading the page.

Secure connection: fatal error (301)

https://login.facebook.com/login.php?login_attempt=1

The certificate has expired.
