Pake SDK nya... udah disediakan.
Windows Mobile masih bisa pake VB.Net (bukan 6), dengan .Net Compact Framework.

dulu ada eMbedded Visual Basic (eVB) 3.0 , tapi lebih mirip VB Script daripada VB 6 he3
namun sudah ditinggalkan secara eVB tidak bida dijalankan di pada Windows CE 5 dan diatasnya
skg sih pake VS 2008 aja jika ingin membuat aplikasi berbasis Windows CE , soalnya dalam VS 2008 sudah ada Emulator buat Windows CE 5.0
