how to mount ?

Gw pake troy2,
Gmn caranya mount harddisk external? Gw pake 500gb.
Koq ga kebaca? Udah pake filesystem exfat pdhl.. power juga udah dicolokin ke usb nya tetep ga bisa nih..
Ga bisa di mount / damaged katanya.. padahal harddisknya gw buka di pc baik2 aja tuh..
Tp klo flasdisk 4gb sih kebaca.
Apa cuma support sampe flashdisk 4 gb maksimal ya?
Trus koq ga bisa cek pulsa/quota/regristrasi sih?
Gw pake xl
Gak support mmi code ya?
Gw butuh buat cek quota internet.
Apa harus copot sim card trus buka hp, masukin sim card lagi , nyalain lagi hp nya, cek quota, matiin hp, colokin lagi ke troy2.... ribet amat yah....
