    Halo teman-teman,
    Ada yang tahu gak gimana caranya ngurus hak cipta foto. Trus itu berlakunya gimana sih? Apa kalau kita sudah jual fotonya trus hilang royaltinya atau gimana? Diskusi dong...

    memang sih soal copyright foto indonesia masih payah dan susah diurus.
    mending kalo ketahuan di bajak. kalo gak gimana coba.
    aku jugas sering mengalaminya.
    kecuali mungkin bisa dituntut kalo ada bukti kerjasama.
    soal hak tayang dan hak cipta
    aku pernah mengurus sampe pengadilan soal penggunaan foto yang melewati masa kontrak kerjasama.
    kalo ada bukti lebih gampang ngurusnya

    Bukti foto adalah klise atau file asli digitalnya. kayaknya itu adalah senjata kita.

    Kalo bisa, sebelum itu foto dipajang, kasih aja watermark, jadi kalo yang ngebajak bakalan ketahuan deh. Yang aslinya kita yang pegang sebagai bukti otentik, ya khan ???
