Mobo Abit KT7A Pake Processor apa aja?

Kebetulan salah satu pc di office gue ada yang jebol procesornya, dan usut punya usut karena kipas procesor dah loyo dan tewas, 90 derajat pernah di cek dari bios, tapi setelah ganti tuh kipas, ga berapa lama tewas dan gosong, nah setelah bongkar dan cari di beberapa website, ga gitu ngerti dengan tipe mobo lama ini, bisa ndak dibantukan apa aja yang cocok untuk mobo ini? kalo ndak salah yang jebol itu Barton deh, cuman kata beberapa toko udah ndak ada AMD tipe ini, ada yang sarankan Sempron 2200 katanya, tapi masih ragu jalan apa ndak, jadi menta masukannya dari temen2 semua kira2 procesor apa aja yang cocok buat Mobo Abit KT7A ini?...yang pasti processor yang masih ada di pasaran yah...maklum gampang susah kalo cari yang 2nd oke?...

AFAIK mainboard KT7A itu chipsetnya KT133A, fsbnya 266DDR jadi kalo mau berburu Prosesor ya cari yang fsbnya maksimum 266DDR, nggak bisa pake sempron soket A karena sempron soket A fsbnya 333DDR
Bisa digunakan mulai Duron semua kelas, Athlon - Athlon XP 2000+
Kalo diatas itu aku juga nggak tahu masih bisa dipake nggak karena fsbnya Thoroubred aja ada yang udah 166x2 alias 333DDR dan Barton udah 200x2 alias 400DDR
Gimana bung dah ada pencerahan dikit khan ????

sebenernya mobo apa aja yg pake soket A bisa pasang prosesor apa aja yg socket A, tapi.... belon tentu bisa berfungsi penuh...
misal pake chipset kt266 pasang barton... bisa jalan tapi di fsb 266 bukan 333, alias gak full speed....

btw Abit KT7A itu setau gue pake fsb 133 + SDRAM, so kayaknya gak mungkin pake barton... kemungkinan masih athlon non xp, kalaupun dipasang athlon xp gak jalan full speed...

btw, bisa aja dipasang sempron 2200 462 tapi gak jalan di full speed loh...

Waduh....jarang kali aku maen di daerah sini benernya, jadi makasih banyak kalo sampe ada user yang bantukan aku, memang aku ndak ngerti soal mobo palagi sampe pernah ada yang tanya cara OC gimana, maklum gue newbie di daerah ini, jadi buat masukan darimu makasih banyak yah, aku dah sempet googling2 tapi masih ndak mudeng kudu cari yang brapaan tipe procesornya, jadi makasih banyak buat dikau atas bantuannya, ini hasil googling aku sekali lagi setelah baca postinganmu....tapi masih ndak gitu mudeng...tapi lumayan jadi lebih yakin deh...jadi dengan postinganmu aku terbantu sekali, thanks bro...

Notes
With the exception of the new North Bridge, the KT7/KT7-RAID and KT7A/KT7A-RAID are practically identical. Another new feature you'll get with the KT7A is VIA's 686B South Bridge standard on all products. The new 686B chip adds native support for the ATA/100 protocol. Previously, the 686A chip was used.

Newer KT7/KT7-RAIDs also ship with the 686B chip, which makes things confusing for those that don't keep up with the motherboard scene, "Does the KT7 I just bought have the 686B chip, or 686A?" is a question we sometimes receive. At least with the KT7A, you know you've got VIA's 686B chip onboard.

Another feature we really like about the KT7A-RAID is one that's missing from most KT133/KT133A motherboards: onboard sound. ABIT elected not to include an onboard CODEC and AMR slot on the KT7 series of motherboards. These are two "features" we're glad ABIT left out of the final design.

waktu dulu, nih bener2 mobo high-end, temen gw pny ABIT KT7A RAID, kenceng, ada raid, ada fitur OC.
temen gw beli pas jaman kuliah dulu sekitar thn.2001-2002, waktu itu harganya mobo ini sekitar 1,5-1,8. mungkin bisa dibilang ini board kaya DFI LANPARTY kalo jaman sekarang.

Dulu g juga pake nih MB, emang OKE banget, tapi terakhir g coba pake Athlon xp yg 2000 juga bisa..... cuma sayang sudah kurang kemampuannya. Makanya g jual 2 bulan yg lalu.

Kayaknya gak semua prosesor FSB 166 bisa jalan di FSB 133 deh.
Saya pernah pake Elite K7S5A yang FSB nya masih 133 trus pake prosesor Athlon XP 1500 core Palomino, begitu dipasangin AXP 1700 core Throughbred gak mau jalan tuh...

Mendingan cari Athlon XP generasi pertama core Palomino bro.
